  1. As discussed today, X marks the soda spot – please develop this idea further about an X revealing what is lying underneath the tear. PLEASE, don’t use the can metaphor, not cool for this exercise.

    to help, just quickly a few places the X has been used as an symbol in logo design:

    To Quote my favorite designer of all time, Mr Paul Rand:

    1. “A logo derives meaning from the quality of the thing it symbolizes, not the other way around.”

    2. “The only mandate in logo design is that they be distinctive, memorable and clear.”

    3. “Simplicity is not the goal. It is the by-product of a good idea and modest expectations.”

    1. Awesome! Thank you so much Wes – and yes I’m working on the storyboarding, will upload soon. I finished the revisions for the D&AD Case Study video yesterday just so I could get it out the way. Might still need some tweaking, but I still have time for that 🙂
